The bus is stopping by with free hearing checks and raising hearing health awareness from 9am to noon at Port Macquarie Library on Monday, August 12.
It will also be making a pit stop at Laurieton Mens Shed from 9am to noon and at Queens Lake Village from 1.30pm to 4pm on August 13.
Hearing Australia clinician Leanne Smith said aged residents may not be aware their hearing is diminishing.
"It's a very good check up to have regularly to make sure everything is ticking along as it should," she said.
"In Port Macquarie people often have problems such as noise-exposure leading to hearing loss and Tinnitus (Ringing in ears) as well.
"Hearing does generally get more damaged as we get older."
"People can prevent damage by wearing ear protection when using mechanical tools such as lawn mowers and whipper-snippers."
It's all go as Kmart Port Macquarie receive a visit from 9am to noon on August 14 and on to Woolworths Kempsey from 9.30am to 12.30pm on August 15.
The end of the week is reserved for Riverside Residential Village in Port Macquarie, where the bus will stop from 10am to noon on August 16.
Visitors to the bus can find information on a range of common hearing issues and view a display of easy-to-use hearing devices for around the home.
