The MyHousing app is a simple way for housing tenants to manage their details and view their accounts, including rent and water, plus make payments, lodge maintenance requests and view transaction records.
The app reduces the need for customers to stand in line at their local office or fill out paper forms. It's so simple and convenient and allows customers to access many housing services in their own time.
Extensive trialling ensured it met needs for tenants, applicants, and clients receiving Rentstart Bond Loan assistance. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with a 94 per cent satisfaction rating.
The MyHousing app is available for free download from the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). For more information, visit facs.nsw.gov.au/myhousing/services#myhousingapp
Multicultural festivals funding
Applications are now open for the NSW government's Celebrating Diversity Events Grants for community organisations.
Multicultural festivals and events play an important role in celebrating our community's cultural diversity, and promoting a message of inclusion and welcome.
There are so many fantastic and hardworking grassroots organisations in our community, which could be eligible for up to $10,000 funding.
Celebrating Diversity Event Grants close at 5pm, Friday, September 20. For more information visit http://multicultural.nsw.gov.au/.
