The meeting is at 5.30pm at the Laurieton School of Arts Hall, corner of Bold and Laurie Street.
At the meeting Port Macquarie-Hastings Council Mayor Peta Pinson will push for the most dangerous sections of the Beach to Beach pathway in the Camden Haven to be completed.
A council spokesperson said changing the venue for meetings provides greater opportunity for the community to attend. It also increases engagement around council's decision-making processes.
The agenda for the meeting will be available on council's website pmhc.nsw.gov.au/councilmeetings from Friday, October 11.
It can also be viewed from Monday, October 14 at council offices and libraries.
Community members can also address council on agenda items, or in the Public Forum for items not listed on the formal agenda.
Those who wish to address council will be required to complete and submit the appropriate forms no later than 4.30pm on Tuesday, October 15.
Forms are also available on council's website, at customer service centres or by phoning 6581 8111.
