Hosted at the Kendall showgrounds the show - in its 71st year - is a fusion off all the best parts of small town living - right down to the ride-on esky procession during the grand opening.
Camden Haven Show Society committee chair Sean Gleeson said everything had come together for the best show yet.
"It has been a lot of work by the whole committee to get to show day but we are just so proud of how it has all come together," Mr Gleeson said.
"We have spectacular weather and everyone has been having a great time so far on day one and the fun has only just begun."
Mr Gleeson said there is so much on offer at the show in 2019 that even if you have been before, definitely make the effort to come again.
"We are bigger and better every year and we have lots of things to see and do for the whole family," he said.
"We have all the usual animal and arts and craft competition entries on display as well as lots of stalls, rides and activities for the kids.
"Tonight we will have our famous raindance and we hope it will be a great community event with everyone joining in to raise some needed funds for our farmers.
"The fireworks are also on tonight and the demolition derby and pet show are all on tomorrow. So come on over to Kendall and join in all the fun."
The Camden Haven Show is on October 19 - 20 at the Kendall showgrounds.
