The fair is the major fundraiser each year for Endeavour Clubhouse.
The Christmas Gift Fair is at Panthers Port Macquarie on Saturday, October 26 and Sunday, October 27.
The event coordinator, Ruth Durrant, said the Christmas Gift Fair would have the stalls people rushed to, such as decorated cakes, gingerbread and puddings, among its 51 stallholders.
There will be some new stalls as well at the 2019 gift fair.
Stallholders travel from as far as Canberra, Grafton, Yamba and the Central Coast, while there are local stalls too.
Endeavour Mental Health Recovery Clubhouse has two stalls at the Christmas Gift fair.
"At previous fairs, customers have asked the date of the following fair," Mrs Durrant said.
"I think that means customers really like what they see.
"The customers also like to come to the fair because the great majority of the stalls are from out of town and not seen locally."
The event includes performances from Sing Australia, U3A Folk Dancers and the Z Chords on Saturday with Hastings Koalas Orchestra to entertain the crowd on Sunday.
The Christmas Gift Fair attracts about 2000 people over two days.
The 2018 fair raised just over $10,000 for Endeavour Mental Health Recovery Clubhouse.
The gift fair always proves popular with people looking for Christmas presents.
"Customers have told me they come to the fair and they don't leave until they have something for everyone," Mrs Durrant said.
"It's very popular because people can afford the gifts and the entry fee and they are happy the funds raised go locally for mental health."
Doors are open from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and 10am to 3pm on Sunday. Entry costs $3 a person.
The Christmas Gift Fair coincides with Mental Health Month.
