The Kimberley Coastal Express & Bungles Extension itinerary begins and ends in Kununurra, including a one-night stay followed by an eight-night cruise on the 110-guest MS Island Sky.
Guests will then drive down to APT's exclusive Bungle Bungle Wilderness Lodge for a two-night stay featuring a special three-course open-air feast hosted by Nguyen.
Departing on 27 June 2020, Nguyen will join the whole tour and host most of the lunches and dinners. He will also be on the Lido deck, cooking at the wok-burner station. It's priced from $11,745 per person.

Explorer Dream's Australia return
Dream Cruises has confirmed Explorer Dream will return to sail her second Australia and New Zealand season later this year.
"The feedback we've received from passengers has been overwhelmingly positive and the local market has really embraced the Dream Cruises experience," says Brigita Devries, Dream Cruises' vice president of sales and marketing.
Explorer Dream's return deployment in October 2020 will feature new itineraries such as Singapore to Fremantle via Broome and Exmouth, with the option to cruise on to Sydney via Adelaide and Melbourne.
From Sydney, the ship will be sailing seven-night roundtrips visiting Port Arthur, Hobart, Burnie, Eden, Phillip Island and Melbourne. From Auckland, she will sail seven-night itineraries around New Zealand.

Uniworld's new Venice sail-rail journeys
Uniworld will introduce two luxury sail-and-rail itineraries from Venice for 2021, which combine its new ship SS La Venezia and luxury train line Golden Eagle Danube Express.
The journey packages range from 12 to 14 days.
The trip travels across Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Slovenia, combining major cities with little-known destinations.
The train journey runs along Lake Zurich. Along the way there will be stops at the medieval town of Lienz, the picturesque Lake Bled and Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia.

Heritage Line to sail upper Mekong
Luxury Asian river cruise operator Heritage Line will sail the upper Mekong with its new ship, Anouvong, from September.
The vessel will be the line's first in Laos' upper Mekong, sailing between the Lao capital of Vientiane, the royal city of Luang Prabang and the Thai border in the famous Golden Triangle.
The ship's design combines traditional Lao elements with French-colonial elegance and has 10 staterooms and suites. The ship's cosy terrace deck is the perfect spot to relax on one of the sunlongers or in a cabana.
She will be sailing three-day short itineraries from Luang Prabang to Huay Xai on the border, as well as seven- and nine-night itineraries between Huay Xai and Vientiane. Priced from $1938 per person for a three-night sailing.

Silversea's Monaco Grand Prix exclusives
Luxury line Silversea is offering bespoke experiences for those sailing to the Monaco Grand Prix in May this year.
Guests can choose to watch the race from exclusive venues, including the Belvedere, Grandstand K and Monaco Dance Academy.
The two-day experience includes a special Q&A session with Brazilian racing legend Felipe Massa, who has won the Formula One Grand Prix 11 times.
Guests can also get ready for the big event at the wellness centre with an osteopath, reflexologist, make-up artist, hair stylist and nail bar. There's also an F1 simulator, art exhibition, wine tasting, cocktails, buffet lunch and live music.
On the final race day, join a public talk by Scotsman Allan McNish, a former F1 driver and motorsport commentator.
