They'll be no more public auctions or open houses. For the moment, you can look, you just can't touch.
Adrian Kelly, president of Australia's Real Estate Institute says the industry is aware and supportive of what the Government is doing to combat the Coronavirus.
Mr Kelly said it wasn't a shut down of the real estate industry.
"While it is not business as usual, there are opportunities for any real estate agent who looks for them, there are still ways of conducting inspections and to auction property," said Mr Kelly.
"Innovative and flexible agents should make better use of technology," said Mr Kelly.
Port Macquarie agent Damian King of Laing + Simmons is already on the case.
