Mr Meixner is the recipient of an award from The Community at 3 "for his meticulous commitment in maintaining the cleanliness of the roads and surrounds entering Kendall".

In his role as a Landcare volunteer, Mr Meixner has always ensured the area looks cared for and respected by the local community.

An afternoon tea was held at the Kew Corner Store where Mr Meixner received his award along with a number of community members and Landcare volunteers.
