After a wonderful year of serving our community affected by drought, bushfires and a pandemic, president Jean Wyper has handed over her leading role to Rotarian Noel Hiffernan.

Mr Hiffernan will take up the role of president for 2020,2021.

Past district governor Ian Jackson presented Jean Wyper with a sapphire pin of a Paul Harris Fellow on behalf of the members. But that was not the only surprise of the evening.

Well known local businessman and tennis player, Roger McCosker presented an especially designed lectern for president Noel, who admits he was chuffed at the site of this made to measure creation.

The lectern even has a drink holder. Well done to the gentlemen who planned and designed it.

President Noel has a new team of directors including the youth director Nick Hafey. Mr Hafey is very pleased to take on the role of president elect which means at this time next year he will become our new president for 2021,2022.
