The red and black champions of the open women's league completed the long-awaited grand final victory (3-0) in Port Macquarie on Saturday, September 19.
They had won all 10 games and amassed 43 goals in the lead up to the final match, conceding just a single score.
Camden Haven coach Scott Bradford said the team was a pleasure to coach and improved throughout the season.
"I wouldn't say a convincing win but a good, solid and structured win. They played well and believed in themselves," Mr Bradford said.
"They improved throughout the season and by the time we got to the grand final they were coaching themselves.
"They were a delight to be around and we appreciate Thunder as well in driving our ladies. There are some future state players in the group and to have an unbeaten run is very, very good.
"The team is a good mix of experience and younger ladies, a future to watch and I'm very proud of them."
Omni coach Jarrod Smith said he was proud of the women's team and their placing this season.
"Our girls went down to a better team today. Camden Haven play an uptempo, physical style and our girls have got to learn from that," he said.
"I'm really proud of their effort and where they have finished this season. This is an opportunity to grow for a number of the girls and we have a number of 14-year-olds in there, the future looks bright for the club.
"Camden Haven played their high energy hockey and got the result, so congratulations to them. It was always going to be a challenge to beat a physically stronger team."
In the other open women's matches, Port City defeated Cruisers (3-1) and Wauchope Warriors defeated All Stars (4-1).
