Camden Haven Rural Fire Brigade and Camden Haven Chamber of Commerce are hosting the parade from 3.30pm to 7pm as Santa tours the region handing out lollies to children.
The parade will travel through Dunbogan, Lakewood, Laurieton and North Haven.
Fire captain Ron Morris said the tour is a good opportunity to spread some Christmas cheer around the Camden Haven.
"This is the first time we have done it and we were originally going to have two Santas covering different areas," Mr Morris said.
"We will be driving around at slow speed in the truck, we ask kids to keep off the road and we will be handing out either candy canes or little bags of lollies."
Camden Haven Chamber of Commerce executive officer Holly Lambert said the event was a chance for the community to thank volunteer firefighters for a stressful 12 months work.
"We're just hoping to bring some happiness to the children after what has been a pretty tough year. It's also an opportunity for the community to thank volunteer firefighters," Mrs Lambert said.
"They will be starting in Lakewood, travelling to Laurieton, North Haven and on to Dunbogan. Families can listen out for the sirens.
"We would have liked to run a traditional Christmas event however that wasn't going to work this year, so we decided to bring Santa to the community."
Members of the public are being encouraged to adhere to social distancing guidelines, ensure everyone remains on the footpath, not to touch the passing truck and be supervised by an adult at all times.
Donations to the Rural Fire Service are welcomed. The Camden Haven RFB is in the process of extending their station with an additional vehicle bay, amenities, an office and changing rooms.
