Flood affected residents will now be able to access clothing and support at St Vincent De Paul on Lake Street, after volunteers move from St Peter the Fisherman Catholic Hall.

St Matthew's Conference volunteers have previously been distributing free clothing and items to flood victims at the hall on Ocean Drive since Friday, March 26.

Local volunteer Tom Critchley said teams were moving around 30 bags of donated items from the hall to a more central and accessible location in Lake Street.

"Our volunteers have put in some long hours at at Ocean Drive over the last seven days. We encourage anyone who needs help to visit us at St Vincent De Paul," he said.

Help for flood victims is also available at Laurieton Anglican Op-Shop anytime between 9am to 3pm from Monday to Friday, or between 9am to noon on Saturdays, at the corner of Lord and Seymour Streets in Laurieton.

Kendall Community Op Shop in Kendall has also offered free support to flood victims living in the Camden Haven.
