Ken 'Chainsaw' Lindsay, Marcia Wells and the Camden Haven Country Band have all given the go-ahead to play at the musical extravaganza from 11am to 4pm on Sunday, May 16.
The 2WAY FM fundraising event will also feature walkups, raffles and even a hairy chest competition.
Mr Lindsay, who attends each year, said musicians are hoping for a good crowd.
"Country music has a history in the area with Hastings Country Music Association and the Camden Haven," he said.
"Normally country music is derived from stories and has meaning to them. Generally with lyrics about rural life, horses and cattle or that sort of thing (in the Hastings).
"I'm on my fourth CD of country music and I think I've played at the Shindig every year it's been on."
Mr Lindsay said the hairy chest competition was a new addition to the event and he was excited to see how it would play out.
"I'm in with a good chance to get into the final. We have never had the hairy chest competition but I'd expect to be right in the running to win," he laughed.
Entry is by gold coin donation with bookings through the Kew Country Club.
