More than 65 riders are gearing up to compete in the High and Mighty Showjumping Championships hosted by Camden Haven Pony Club this weekend.

The zone nine qualifier event is held annually in Camden Haven, this time at Kendall Showground from 8.30am to 3pm on Saturday, May 22 and Sunday, May 23.
The event will hold led, beginner, introductory grade competition on Saturday and presentations on Sunday. The popular six bar elimination event will be held on Saturday afternoon.
Club secretary Kylie Spooner said the full program includes jumping and fun activities with championship rugs, prizes and trophies.
"There are 65 riders from 18 clubs competing. They are all from zone nine which includes the area between Wallamba and Coffs Harbour," Ms Spooner said.
"There are eight riders from the Camden Haven, six from the Hastings, 16 from Wingham and 11 from Coffs Harbour."
Spectators are welcome to sign in by QR code at the event and sit at the designated seating area.
Championships sponsors Up Bound, Taree Storage, Blue Collar Racing, Laurieton Tyre and Brake Service, Wilkes Racing, Vaughan Homes, Lizzy and Dan Edwards, Wauchope Saddlery, Port Macquarie Horse Riding Centre and Wauchope RSL contributed funding for embroidered horse rugs presented to the champion of each grade.
