He was originally scheduled to be a guest speaker at the Community at 3 barbecue on Wednesday, August 4 at 3pm, however this visit has been postponed due to concerns about the coronavirus.
Community at 3 meets at the rear of LUSC and everyone is invited to attend to have a meal and meet Bishop Greg.
As the leader of the Catholic Church in the Diocese, Bishop Greg will focus on how best to support and assist the lonely, homeless and flood victims.
The Bishop has committed financial support to more than 100 people affected by the floods.
Theo Hazelgrove, Chairman of Community at 3 said the local congregation of the Catholic Church with Father Roohan has very been generous in supplying food, bedding and clothes for many people and thanks them for their efforts to support the local community.
"We will be pleased to welcome Bishop Greg to our area and look forward to the opportunity to thank him for the support of the Catholic Church.
"I will be meeting with him to discuss emergency accommodation (in the Camden Haven)."
