Jensen is joined by Chris Rose and Jasmine-Jade Thompson for the all-ages show at the Laurieton United Services Club on Saturday, July 24.
She will also be releasing her fourth studio album 'Breakin' Hearts' on Friday, August 6.
"The country music scene in Australia is really taking off at the moment and we are seeing that country/pop really build on commercial radio recently," she said.
"When we can have festivals, they have been huge. Coming from a television background I have found a home for my music.
"During lockdown I learnt how to use a digital workstation for music production, I record my vocals at home and send them over to Canada to produce the record over there.
"I've probably had more international reach with my music on radio than I ever have. It's quite crazy."
Jensen is known for her finals appearances on Australian Idol, and performances on The Voice in 2014, under the guidance of coach Kylie Minogue.
She has previously won the 2016 Southern Stars 'Rising Female Artist' award and was also a top five finalist at the 2018 CMC Awards for 'New Artist of the Year'.
Jensen said artists have been forced to innovate to survive in the wake of the pandemic.
"I think everybody has realised that the arts industry has been hit so heavily that fans have really rallied behind their favourite artists," she said.
"Artists themselves have become t-shirt designers and I've sold stemless wine glasses with logos on them in the heart of lockdown last year. You just have to get creative.
"As music artists we are particularly resilient characters because it is a tough industry. We are survivors and we think about that next idea to keep the dream alive.
"I try to keep the music alive, build the community and be interactive with fans."
Jensen is giving away three double passes to the show, interested fans can email info@hayleyjensen.net with 25 words or less about why they want to go.
