There has been a recall on prominent South Australian food producer, Barossa Fine Foods' ham products.

Two products are suspected of having a possible listeria contamination.
One product, No Added Nitrite Ham 100 grams with a use-by date of November 3, 2021, was sold in IGAs in the ACT, South Australia and Western Australia and in Woolworths in NSW.
It was also stocked in Independent grocery stores across NSW, ACT, SA and WA.
The second product also involved in the recall, Double Smoked Ham, 100g, with a use by date of November 10, 2021, was sold in IGAs in NSW, ACT, Queensland, SA and WA.
It was also sold in Foodland in SA only and in Independent grocery stores across Vic and ACT.
In issuing the recall, Food Standards Australia said food products contaminated with (listeria monocytogenes) may cause illness if consumed. Listeria may cause illness in pregnant women and their unborn babies, the elderly and people with low immune systems.
It stated "consumers should not eat this product. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice and should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund."
