On Monday July 31 there were 97 of us competing for a monthly medal in a 14 hole single Stableford round, and we welcomed a visitor W. Bennell from Coonabran. Top scorer of the day and winning the medal and large chook in B grade was Kevin Brennan with 31. Small chooks to Col Huntley 28, Frank Underhill 28, Jim Forbes 27 c/b and Tony Denzel 27 c/b. Balls to John McMillan, Peter Raschke, Barry Lovegrove, Roy Perry, Trevor Rose, Peter Yewdall, Ash Eyles, Bob Willis, Kevin Budds, Ken Stanmore, Bob Mavin and Ross Dyer down to 23.

C's medallist was Peter Crowther with a fine 30, and small chooks to Les Thompson 29 and Geoff Campbell 26. Balls went to John Foster, John O'Flaherty, Brian Tapp, Vince Davison, Bob Purcell and Darleigh Atkins down to 21.

A's top gun was Bob Lodge on 29. Then there was Tom Carpenter 28 and Gavan Grayston to gather the small chooks. Balls to Bob Ferguson, Bob Morgan, Peter Ball, Ian Johnston, Ron Willing and Bryce Shean to 25.
