Mr Green said that since an advertisement appeared in The Courier listing the Seymour Street property for sale, staff have been inundated with customers concerned that the office was closing.
"As long as they continue to use the site to pay their renewals and for new business, we will continue to be here to provide them with the friendly, helpful, face-to-face service they have come to expected for their local office," Mr Green said.
"We are very proud of the fact that our loyal customers continue to want to speak directly to our staff and use their extensive knowledge of the NRMA's services to assist them.
"We pride ourselves on the fact that we continue to provide a consistently high level of customer service."
As a way of thanking their customers NRMA offices in Laurieton, Wauchope and Port Macquarie have joined forces and are giving back.
Last month was a $500 cashback prize, won by Margaret Cross from West Haven.
Mrs Cross said she was always happy to come into the office to do her business and was full of praise for the service she receives.
Next month the prize will be $1000 worth of car insurance.
"All you have to do is pay at one of the local offices to be included in the draw," long-time Laurieton staff member Jen Nix said.
