In the garden, where all kinds of herbs and vegetables and flowers are growing, there were two special helpers recently.
Chloe daughter of Sarah Barnsley and Kurt son of Mel Allwood were busy all morning with their trowels and watering cans.
“Isn't it great to see them enjoying the feel of dirt in their hands (and mouths) while they 'assist' their mothers who come in once a week to weed and tidy and generally help Tin,” said Milly Jones.
“I'm sure everyone knows Tin who has been instrumental in organising this delightful garden.
“There's always room for anyone who feels they'd like to lend a hand.”
To volunteer ring Tin on 6559 4834 to come and enjoy the pleasure of providing fresh, interesting and 'clean' produce. Little ones are most welcome.
