Rangers are on 22 competition points while Wauchope – back in the top flight after a long hiatus – have recorded one win (and a bye) to be on six points.
The table-toppers have netted 25 goals so far and, more importantly, conceded just six goals in their 2017 campaign. Conversely, Wauchope has scored eight goals with 26 goals against.
A lot hinges on the result with cellar-dweller Camden Haven on the bye and potentially joining Wauchope on six points.
In other games on the weekend, Wallis Lake will host Port Saints at Boronia Park Forster while Port United is at home at Dixie Park against Kempsey Saints.
In the remaining contest in round 10 Taree Widlcats are at home to Tuncurry Forster Tigers.
Camden Haven Redbacks have the bye.
Reserve grade games kick off at 1.15pm with first grade due to start at 3pm.
The Redbacks ladies team will travel to South West Rocks on Saturday to take on the home team.
They will be looking to avenge a first round loss.
