Twenty five residents from Laurieton Lakeside joined 14 residents from Whiddon Laurieton for the tour of lights in Bonny Hills and Lakewood. 

Busways driver David Johnson donated the service as a gift to residents. 

The resident thoroughly enjoyed their night out which continued until 9pm.

Christmas cake and packets of chips added to the festivities.

The residents were impressed by the spectacular illuminations. They all admired the time and effort spent in providing a wonderful display for the community.

Resident Joan Wellington said she thoroughly enjoyed this evening and the driver was a perfect gentlemen.

“We were a happy lot of ladies and gentlemen.” she said.

“To be with the lights was fantastic, the decoration of their homes was delightful.

“We thank Cassy and Donna for the lovely Christmas trip.”
