The path runs along the southern side of the hall and is adjacent to the North Haven River Baths.
It was closed to the public in March after a Port Macquarie-Hastings Council inspection identified the pathway as unstable and not safe for use.
Pedestrian detours and signage have been in place and access to the tidal bath has remained open.
A council spokesperson said the path is set to reopen to the public in early August, weather dependent.
He said when teams initially removed the broken concrete path, further damage was found to the structure of the walkway.
Council thanked the community for its patience during the repair works.
