The now 18-year-old competed in three events, where he gained three personal best records and three medals.
He achieved two gold medals in the 200 metre and 100 metre 17-18 year old breaststroke events.
Nash also claimed the silver medal for the 50m Open Age breaststroke race.
On Friday, August 23 Nash's dad Darren said his son controlled the 100 metre event from the start until the finish to collect the gold medal.
He said Nash was a bit unlucky for the 50 metre breaststroke event where he was touched out and finished second after a 24-year-old swimmer.
Nash's best event was to come on the Sunday, August 25 in the 200m breaststroke race, his final event.
"Nash had to dig deep in the last lap to catch the leader who was in an outside lane," Darren said.
"Nash was swimming in lane four.
"To Nash's credit he kept an eye on the swimmers on each turn.
"Nash swum a superbly well-judged race to hit the wall in first place."
Nash is now preparing to swim at the National Open Short Course set for Melbourne in October.
He will be up against the best swimmers in Australia.
